Deadline and notification

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from entering into the contract to withdraw. Send a clear withdrawal statement to kfmasterclass@gmail.com using the controller’s contact channel before the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory. Include the order and enough information to identify it; do not send complete card information or unnecessary identity document copies.

Digital content and library

For paid one-off downloads and video courses without a physical medium, the withdrawal exception applies when supply starts only if you expressly consented beforehand to supply within the 14 days, acknowledged losing the right and received durable confirmation. Opening a link does not automatically remove the right if those requirements were not met. Contact us before payment to request delayed delivery.

For the monthly library, stopping renewal and withdrawing are different. Cancel future renewals through your account or by email before the next charge; access continues until the paid period ends. Applicable rights remain during the initial withdrawal period; immediate start does not waive them all. A proportionate charge is due only where legally permitted following proper information and a valid early-start request. Ordinary renewal does not by itself restart the withdrawal period if price and conditions were correctly disclosed.

Refunds and problems

Where withdrawal applies, the appropriate amount is refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt of your notice, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without cost to you. Store credit is not compulsory. Stopping renewal does not itself refund the current contracted period unless a legal or other applicable right exists.

Email us if content is not delivered, links fail, the product differs from its description or a charge is incorrect. Statutory rights to supply, conformity remedies, price reduction or termination where applicable remain independent of withdrawal. These conditions do not restrict statutory guarantees or mandatory protections.
