1. Products and contracting
We offer the video courses, presets, digital resources, music library access and training described on each product page. You must be legally able to contract or act through an authorised representative. Plugin brands identify compatibility: software and its licence are not included unless expressly stated. Check requirements before purchasing, or contact us to confirm compatibility, accessibility or scope.
2. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes shown before payment. The final total and any recurring interval appear in the order summary, without hidden added charges. Other currency amounts are indicative; your bank may apply its exchange rate or fees. Stripe processes available payment methods. You may correct details or return to the shop before confirmation. The payment button creates an obligation to pay. A purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted; failed payments do not activate content. Request an invoice by email and provide any necessary tax details.
3. Delivery and access
After payment confirmation, purchased content is made available through your account and order email, with instructions or delivery links that may use pCloud. Check spam and contact us if delivery is missing or fails. One-off purchases cover the purchased content under its description, not unlimited access to future products or a subscription. Downloads require compatible equipment and software. Access links and credentials are personal and must not be published, resold or shared.
4. Monthly library and students
The library costs €14.95 per month, including taxes, automatically renewing monthly, with new resources each month. Your account shows the renewal date and next charge. Cancel renewal through your subscription or request cancellation by email before the next charge; access remains until the paid period ends. Cancelling renewal does not remove applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Non-payment may suspend access. This is not lifetime access. Complimentary student access using the code provided by KFmasterclass is a separate benefit for authorised students, not an automatic paid subscription or a code for public distribution.
5. Use and support
Resources are for the purchaser’s learning and music creation. You may use your own sounds and musical creations under the content and compatible software licences, but may not redistribute preset files or teaching materials as a competing product or claim their authorship. Third-party materials retain their licences. Contact the email or phone above for support. Lesson schedules and specific conditions are agreed and disclosed before booking; undisclosed penalties do not apply.
6. Withdrawal, conformity and refunds
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw. For paid, one-off digital content without a physical medium, withdrawal rights may be lost once supply begins only if you expressly requested early supply, acknowledged that loss and received confirmation on a durable medium. The corresponding checkbox is separate and unchecked. If you prefer not to request immediate supply, contact us before purchasing to arrange later delivery.
The monthly library is an ongoing service: requesting immediate start does not create a blanket waiver of the initial 14-day withdrawal right. A proportionate amount following withdrawal may be due only if the applicable legal information and request requirements are met. Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming content, failure to supply or incorrect charges remain applicable after this period or after opening a file. 7. Confirmation, complaints and governing law
You will receive the order summary and the applicable version of these terms by email, including your supply requests. Keep that confirmation. Orders and content are available in your account. Contracting takes place in Spanish or English according to your chosen version. Contact us to correct mistakes or complain, quoting the order number without sending full card details. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rights, including those related to your residence, remain intact. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of legal claims is imposed.
